We guarantee that your dragons will arrive to you alive and healthy. If a dragon arrives dead, or you have any concerns about its health, contact us immediately. To maintain this guarantee you must be available to receive the delivery bon the first attempt and notify us immediately of any problems. We cannot guarantee the well being of any dragon that is left outside in the elements or returned to the shipping truck because no one was available to receive the package. We do not require that you sign for the package. The reason is that the delivery person often will not ask for a signature, even if asked to on the shipping label. The time of delivery is recorded by Fedex, so we ask that you call immediately if you experience any problems.
