We can not always guarantee the morph of the ball python, especially those that we resell. For the ones we do breed, we will list what we know the paired parents to contain in their genetics to the best of our ability.

Shipping: Our shipping days are Tuesday and Wednesday. Any orders placed after 10am central time on either of those days will be shipped out the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking number once their order has been shipped. Animals will NOT be shipped out until payment is confirmed and paid in full.
All animals are shipped Fedex Priority Overnight via ShipYourReptiles.com.

We are not responsible in any way, for the actions of the animal(s) you order through us. If you or anyone else gets bit, stung, scratched, physically debilitated, or anything else as it relates to the animal, it is solely your responsibility and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability therein. Always exercise caution with animals. We are not liable for what the animals do once they are shipped. Order, purchase and own at your own risk.
Please note: You expressly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for properly researching and following the appropriate federal, state, and local laws which apply to your ownership of any animal(s) that you may purchase from us. Customers authorize us to charge their chosen payment provider. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes that we make even if we have already requested or received payment. At our sole discretion, refunds or credits may be granted in extenuating circumstances or to correct any errors made by us. It is our intent to work out any issues if possible and keep and maintain happy customers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from us. We do not assume any responsibility for any misrepresentations regarding the age of any customer. Should we determine that you provided any false information to us we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress. We will request you send us a color copy of your drivers license or ID.
The preferred sex/gender of each reptile, amphibian, and invertebrate (if selected) is not guaranteed, most notably with hatchling and juvenile animals. We make our best efforts, but we are not always
100% accurate. Snakes are generally very easy to determine sex/gender, but we still group them in with the overall disclaimer.
Live Arrival Guarantee
Every shipment we send comes with our Live Arrival Guarantee. This means that if your order arrives with issues pertained to animal health, we will replace the order with store credit in the amount of the loss, not including the price of shipping. You must open and inspect your animal within an hour of delivery, and notify us in writing of any issues within 30 minutes of inspecting your animal.
For the safety of the animal(s), we recommend that all shipments be sent to a hub and held for pickup and NOT shipped directly to your door.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee becomes VOID if:
1.) You request that your order be shipped out on a day NOT recommended by Fedex as safe for live animal shipments and/or when temperatures fall outside of the safe range. (Anywhere along the route where temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F is outside of the safe range)
2.) You request shipping parameters that go against our recommendations.
3.) Shipment is lost or delayed by courier.
4.) The shipment is forwarded to another address. Forwarding of packages results in an extra day or more in transit.
5.) There is an issue with your shipment and you do not make a claim within one hour of shipment arrival. In the event of any issue, we REQUIRE a clear digital picture of the animal in question before a replacement/store credit can be issued. This picture can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
