We pride ourselves on our customer service and also in the quality of our animals. We breed Ball Pythons We have been breeding snakes for the past 30 years and our passion has only grown for these beautiful animals. We are always available to answer any questions that you might have and look forward to talking to and meeting new fellow herpers. We are hobbyists first and foremost.
By purchasing any animal from us this means you agree to our terms of service. We accept all major credit cards, Chase Quickpay and PayPal for your convenience. We accept Payment plans on animals above $300 with a 25% non refundable deposit and the balance needs to be payed in full over 30 days time. We reserve the right to accept or decline payment plans on certain animals at any given time as well as changing the terms and conditions of payment plans and shipping times due to Holidays and/or weather conditions.
Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void. Some shipments arrive early morning and some arrive late afternoon depending on the area of delivery.
Shipping of all animal's will be delivered via FedEx Priority Overnight and will arrive at your front door or business the very next day. All animals will be shipped in appropriately-sized insulated foam shipping boxes, and a 40 hr. heat pack will be added when cold weather conditions warrant. Animals will not be shipped when weather is below 40 degrees.
* All snakes that are shipped are guaranteed to be properly sexed, healthy, and hatchlings will have eaten at least three times unless otherwise specified.
* While the vast majority of our shipments go very smoothly and successfully, since these are live animals, there can always be the very slight possibility of something going wrong with shipping. This has yet to happen to us, but if for some unforeseen reason you happen to receive an animal that is DOA, please send us a digital image of the deceased animal within 24 hours of arrival and we will fully refund the cost of that animal or provide you with a replacement of equal value, if you so choose. We may ask that you ship the animal back to determine what caused the issue before your money is refunded.
* We will not refund for the accidental death of animals left in a vehicle/container in the sun by the customer or for any other reason that is the direct fault of the purchaser. Please be sure of the safety of your transportation/temporary housing procedures in advance of purchase. The customer must pay shipping or transportation costs if they choose to return an animal.
