STORE POLICIES
***Genetics are guaranteed unless states as “poss/possible”
***Gender guaranteed
***No returns/refund unless there is a mistake from our part (store credit only)
***For live arrival guarantee,
***Buyer must report within 2 hours if there are any problems
***Buyer must be present and sign during delivery
***For fedex pick up, snake must be picked up with in 2 hours of arrival
***Buyer must provide unboxing video.
PAYMENT POLICIES
*** we accept paypal (friends and family)
*** for paypal goods and services, buyer must pay transaction fees applied by paypal (3%)

PAYMENT PLANS
*** 30% non refundable deposit
*** purchase under $1500 = 4weeks to pay
*** purchase $1500-$3000= 6 weeks to pay
*** purchase $3000 over = 8 weeks to pay
SHIPPING POLICIES
***We ship only on mondays-Wednesday
*** we only ship if weather permits
***Shipping fee is flat rate $60 for hatchlings to juveniles up to 8ft
*** for anything bigger than 8ft, buyer is responsible on paying the shipping fee
