We guarantee the sex and genetics in the animals we produce you can hold an animal with a 25% non refundable deposit if for whatever reason you can't comply with rest of the transaction the deposit will be loss or can be transfer to another litter in the future we do not ship under extreme weather conditions and will ship in the next available time at our discretion we guarantee the health of hour animals if there is something wrong with the animal you should notify us within 24 hours after you receive the animal in case of a deceased animal you will have to provide pics and put the animal in the freezer to returned to us to validate the guaranty
