Passion Reptile was created in 2018 and is located in Quebec City, Canada. We presently ship within the country only.
By purchasing a GECKO from Passion Reptile, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
SALE PRICES are listed in Canadian Dollars. Payments are accepted trough e-transfer and cash (pick-up only).

PAYMENT PLANS: A 25% deposit may be placed to hold an animal valued over $200 for up to a 30 days. If the balance is not paid in 30 days the sale is cancelled, the animal is re-listed and all deposits forfeited as per our terms. Deposit are non-refundable or transferable.
SEXING: Geckos under 25 grams are sold as Possible Male or Possible Female based off an educated guess and are not sex guaranteed.
COLOR: Color often change as the crested gecko mature and for this reason, cannot be guaranteed.
TAIL LOST: We can not guarantee that a gecko will not drop their tail before pick-up or during shipping. It is unfortunate, but it in no way affects the quality or value of the animal received.
PICK-UP: Can usually be arrange with a 24H notice.
CANADA WIDE SHIPPING via Reptile Runner is available at buyers expense ($80-$120). In the rare case of a DOA, you must contact me immediately. Proof will be required in the form of photographs and videos. If the package was not accept on the first delivery attempt or the buyer did not confirm a safe arrival with us within 1 hour of receiving the package, THE GUARANTEE IS VOIDED. Verification and documentation by an exotic vet may be requested in extreme circumstances. If the DOA is determined to be my fault, a credit will be provided. Shipping cost cannot be credited as it goes to a third party.
