PAYMENT PLANS
Down payments and deposits are non-refundable.
If you change your mind you will have the option to transfer the money to another animal one time or use it as a credit towards a future purchase.
Payments are a third down with completion of the remaining balance within 60 to 90 days depending on the amount. We will consider further flexibility in certain circumstances so feel free to ask.
SHIPPING
We ship out animals on Wednesday for Thursday delivery unless there are shipping delays. Animals paid in full by Wednesday afternoon will be shipped out. Any orders made Wednesday evening or later will be shipped the following week.
When temperatures are below 50 ° F or above 80 ° F on either end we will require that the shipment be held at the FedEx hub of your choosing.
Animals will not be shipped without confirmation that you will be able to receive them on Tuesday. You, as the recipient of the shipment, are required to contact us the Tuesday prior to your shipping day of Wednesday to confirm that you are going to be able to receive the package on Thursday and verify the correct address information and/or FedEx shipping location. If you do not communicate with us the Tuesday prior you will not receive your shipment until the following week. We ship too many animals each week, so it is your responsibility to communicate.
We will not ship if there are delays in the FedEx system. The safety of the animals overrides desire. Thank you for your patience and willingness to communicate with us in order to ensure that you receive your animals safely.
