We are a small hobby breeder with our focus on offering quality animals.
We do ship over night with ship your reptiles or reptiles express. We accept PayPal good and services, Venmo, Apple Pay or Cash app.
We do not ship whenever temps are over 95F or below 40F.
We do accept payment plans with a 25% Non refundable deposit. The remaining amount must be paid within 1 to 60 days depending on the agreement reached between Wright On Reptiles and the buyer.
Payments and deposits If for any reason the customer is unable to finish the payment plan they automatically forfeit the deposit. However any other payments may be used towards the purchase of a different available animal. There are no cash refunds unless we are unable to supply the animal.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by FedEx.
All animals have a live arrival guarantee. In the case of a DOA or other health issue upon delivery the buyer has 2hrs to notify Wright On Reptiles of any issues with the animal. The buyer may be required to return the animal or provide pictures/video at the sellers request before any refunds/credits are issued.
If delivery fails on the first attempt and/or the buyer did not contact Wright On Reptiles within 2 hours with any issues all guarantees are void.
Our guarantee does not cover buyer's remorse.
Wright On Reptiles reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
