NOTES

-All prices are non negotiable, and no trades. Please read all notes below. *Note that your failure to read our terms and conditions, whether intentional or accidental will under no circumstances be a reason to consider them altered or void.

- No trades, and animals do not come with supplies or enclosure. Animals only come with supplies/ enclosure if we mention it in listing/post description.
-Only customers 18 years or older could put in a order. It is encouraged to do prior research.
-References can not be provided because we do not want to send a customers information for safety reasons.
-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whom we feel is not prepared to properly care for the animals/ items we offer. Please be responsible and make sure you have the correct supplies.
-Isopods and all other live items come with %10 overcount.
-Dropped tails are not covered by guarantee. We guarantee our reptiles to be sexed properly, unless sold as unsexed or temperature-sexed (ts). We can not guarantee temperament or personality, as this can change with development and during the breeding season. We can project, but not guarantee adult coloration or pattern of reptiles as this also varies with development.
-Refunds will not be issued for isopods/ all other items that passed away after day of delivery.
-Please only inquire on an animal(s) if you are for sure wanting to get animal. I stay pretty busy and don't have time to be wasted. If you don't get back with me within 8 hours I assume you no longer are wanting animal and will move on.

SHIPPING FOR ALL ITEMS

-All reptiles are shipped with Fedex Priority Overnight service only (no exceptions), we are not responsible for delays by carrier.
-No shipping during holiday season or federal holidays. Shipping cost are non-refundable. In rare cases of DOA, the reptile price will be refunded (for lag orders).
-We ship from Virginia, packages are shipped out on Monday thru Wednesday only. If you order on Wednesday, shipping labels/tracking number wont be made till Saturday or Sunday.
-Lag (live arrival guarantee) only offered for packages held at Fedex Shipstations. Home delivery and USPS shipping is NO-LAG, and will not be issued a refund or replacement for any reason.
-If your package is held for pickup, you will have 1 hour from the time FEDEX tracking number states “ready for pick-up” to notify us of DOA, issues with package, and if there are any issues of picking up. After one hour we will assume everything is good and lag is voided.
-Shipping quotes are non-refundable, DOAS will be refunded for lag orders but not shipping cost.
- A complete video of opening the box is required as the proof of DOA. The video should have the following procedure: check the box and the label; open the box and take out the items, and show me the condition of items.
-We are not responsible for delays for your package. Contact shipping carrier customer service line if you have issues. Contact USPS/ FEDEX customer care service for a work/reference/service number and send the number to us for our reference, and we‘ll move forward from there.

ACTIONS THAT WILL VOID LAG FOR ALL ITEMS (SHIPPING)

-Not picking up Fedex pickups within 1 hour from the time FEDEX tracking number states “ready for pick-up”.
-If any shipping problems are not reported within 1 hour from the time FEDEX tracking number states “ready for pick-up”.
-Not notifying us of DOAS including evidence (A complete video of opening the box is required as the proof of DOA. The video should have the following procedure: check the box and the label; open the box and take out the items, and show me the condition of items.) within 1 hour from the time FEDEX tracking number states “ready for pick-up”.
-Providing wrong information on invoice and not notifying us before package is shipped.
-Contacting Fedex to switch to home delivery from pickup.
-Not providing a claim / reference / work number for packages that are claimed to be lost by Fedex.
-Requesting Home delivery or USPS shipping

LOCAL PICKUPS FOR ALL ITEMS

-We only do pickups for orders that are $40 or above.
-We only do pickups in Hampton, VA on Mercury Blvd.
-Please plan accordingly, give yourself an adequate amount of time to make appointment.We will only give you a grace period of 10 mins from meetup time.

LOCAL DELIVERY FOR ALL ITEMS

- We only do deliveries for orders that are $40 or above.
- Deliveries require a non-refundable scheduling fee of %10 of order total and delivery fee. (processing fee not included)

- Same Day deliverys adds $5 to delivery fee
- Delivery quotes depend on location. Holiday deliveries will have $10 added to quote (processing fee not included). Please send your address for an accurate delivery quote. This could be paid with cash app, paypal, or venmo.
- drop off at door (NO-LAG) or meet at door (LAG) options are available.
- For drop off at door option, whole order total must be paid in full before. This option is also NO-LAG because of the unknown factor of how long package will be outside your door.
- For meet at door option, order total could be paid in person or paid before. This option is LAG. You will be given a 10 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time to meet at door. After 10 mins, your package will be left at door and LAG is voided.

PAYMENT

-Transactions are done through Paypal or Venmo (for shipping). Cash or cash app only for local pickups.
-Invoices will also have processing fee added depending on your preferred way of payment.
-Please verify invoice sent to you before paying, we will be using the address, name, and requested shipping option shown on invoice for shipping label. If you provide wrong information and not notify us before package is shipped, then you will not receive a refund or not have another package sent to you. This also applies to delivery orders.
- If you provide wrong information for a delivery order and not notify us before driver leaves , then you will not receive a refund for scheduling and delivery fee.
