We are also an authorized reseller for Spyder Robotics for over 10 years selling Herpstats and Herpstat accessories.
We do not ship without previous communication
Buyer must have abundant knowledge on proper husbandry of said species and we reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion.
30% Non-Refundable deposits are required to hold animals, payment plans are available and negotiable on an individual level.
***LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTY GUIDELINES***
Customer is required to check in once the animal is received to ensure it has arrived safely.
Someone must be available to receive the package when animal arrives.
Encase of a DOR, Customer MUST contact me within 30 minutes of stamped delivery time with photos.
Packages held for pickup MUST be picked up by 10:30am destination time.
