Purchase Agreement 

By purchasing a skink from Thomas Skinks, you (the customer) are agreeing to everything on this page including the following: 

​I provide consultation and advice, to the best of my abilities, for the lifetime of the skinks I sell, questions are welcomed 

I guarantee the animals' health at the time of purchase. 

I reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason​ however, I do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, and marital status. 

 You, the customer(s), hold full responsibility for the skink(s) welfare and the safety of themselves, and other people following transfer of ownership, Thomas Skinks is not liable  

SHIPPING 

I ship anywhere in the continental US. 

I ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.

I personally provide live arrival guarantee when shipped Hub to Hub and picked up within 24hrs of arrival for values under $1,000. Photos of the deceased animal must be provided within 1 hour of delivery 

Transfer of ownership is final upon FedEx confirmation of live delivery

PAYMENTS 

I accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and cash or card in person at time of payment.  I do not accept personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders. 

If the payment plan option is chosen, full payment is to be completed within 6 weeks. If you are unable to make full payment, a $50 fee will be taken from what has been paid so far, (to cover cost of holding skink)you will be refunded the rest and the skink will be put back up for sale. I'm a reasonable person and understand life happens, so just reach out if something comes up. I'm sure we can work something out.
