Live arrival, genetics, sex,and health guarantees. We are not responsible for knowing your state or city laws, you must know them before purchasing any animal.
Payment Plans Available:
*30 day payment plans starting at a minimum of $250 with a 25% Non refundable deposit required.
*60 day payment plans start at a minimum of $500 and above with a 30% Non refundable deposit required.
*Shipping will only be done after Payment plan is Complete. We never ship until an animal is paid in FULL.
*After the down payment is received we will mark animal as a hold with your name. We will feed and care for you animal while the payment plan is being completed. Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you intend to finish. All payments are Non-Refundable.
*Payment plans must be completed within 60 days. You can choose payments in any amount on any schedule you choose. (For Example $100 per week or $250 per month. Just let us know what will fit your budget and we will set up your invoice to your Terms.
*After 90 days If the Invoice is not paid All Payments will be forfeited and applied to the care of your reserved animal unless other arrangements have been made. The reserved animal will be offered for sale again. Incomplete Payment Plans are Non-Refundable.
*Payments may be made by PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Payments made by Venmo and Zelle will receive a 20% shipping discount!
Shipping:
Shipping is between $35 and $60 (even multiple) on Hatchling and Sub-Adults. Adults will be quoted by SYR, Reptiles2you, and ReptileExpress. Shipping will be done Monday - Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight service for arrival by noon the next day. All animals are shipped as insured items. In order for us to guarantee live arrival, the following conditions apply:
-Hub2Hub shipping on all animals.
-In case of truck delivery, buyer must be available for delivery upon first attempt.
-Package must be opened with in 30 mins of delivery.
-If there are any issues with the animal, you must contact us with in the first hour after delivery/pick up.
-Temps must be above 50 degrees or below 90 degrees in both the shipping and receiving state.
Guarantees:
-If an animal is found to be sexed incorrectly, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a replacement. Expires 30 days after customer has received the animal. We are not responsible for wrong sexed animals after 30 days.
-If the Genetics of an animal are found to be incorrect, this guarantee will require the animal being returned to us alive and in good health before issuing a replacement.
- We guarantee all our animals have had at least 5 meals and are currently feeding unless notified otherwise.
-No signs of illness visible at time of shipping. This is void if animal is not picked up with in 2 hrs of fedex marked time as available for pickup (est.10:30am local time).
-Veterinarian Documentation, photograph/videos may be required to process any insurance claims. There may be a 2-6 week processing time on any claims.
